I think you may have seen her...she's the one you just passed in the aisle by the long sleeve shirts...she's the one that you happened to be walking behind trying to find the toy department....she's sifting through the long skirts catching your face with a quick glance...and then again...she sees your sense of style and creativity...and wonders what you are like...and how you come up with such brilliant ideas...and then we move in a dance across the length of the store...continuing to cross paths randomly and intentionally...wanting to take a chance...but we both know that we are cowards...secretly hoping the other will be bold enough to cross that line...speak up and say something....but strangers don't admit their weaknesses...the questions i can't get past...how old are you...are you married...what do you believe....just give me a sign....an undeniable reason to look into your eyes...and find a connection...show me a way i can sit on a couch and watch a movie with you....studying your facial profile as you react to each scene...i want your nose in my neck...i want to stroke your hair...i want to sautee onions over a stove top with you...is this too much to ask
