Hot or Cold...its a Revelation thing

i went to a church last night...its hard for me to step into churches....i am critical of them right from the start....this one was no different....the music was pretty bad....when they first started i thought they were playing a cd for the worship...turns out the guys on stage were actually playing...ugh...it sounded so bad...electric drums...everything was muffled....there was no life to it...the slides where horrible...fonts were bad....they had all these doors around the stage...it reminded me so much of SRC....seriously...what is wrong with me....i mean i used to be excited to visit new churches to see what they were like...to see if there was anything different out there...but now i don't even care....maybe its because i have come to the realization that there is nothing different...and those that are are few and far between

there was at least something i got from the message...he was talking about the verse that talks about the church being neither hot nor cold...and since they are lukewarm god is going to spit them out of his mouth...and how people have always preached that the hot and cold refer to being on fire for god and not on fire....but really it has to with springs that were flowing out of different towns...one hot one cold...and when they merged at this city....it became lukewarm...anyways...all that to say...i'm not sure if it meant anything different...but it was cool to hear that background on the whole thing
